In this course, panelists discussed methods for building strong partnerships between physicians and practice administrators, advancing within a practice into the role of administrator, and moving as an administrator into a larger practice with more responsibilities. 

Areas of discussion included developing productive and supporting working relationships, communicating effectively, defining roles and responsibilities, cultivating champions, transitioning into senior management, and developing key skill sets to support advancement.
