OWL Premier members sat down for breakfast with industry leaders to discuss the unmarked path to the highest levels of management.  Bringing together diverse views and perspectives on executive advancement, this session will identify skill sets, experiences, personal qualities and strategies for success for those who aspire to a "C level" position.  Participants will also explore how the road to the top is shifting and what changes lie ahead. Suited for members who currently occupy "C suite" positions and those on their way, this session will inspire and inform.
