Is Mentoring for Me? The Benefits to Both Sides of a Mentoring Relationship

Moderated by Marguerite McDonald, MD, this session will explore the positive outcomes from being mentored or being a mentor.  Every mentoring relationship is unique.  Mentoring can build confidence and accelerate career advancement.  Participants will also learn how to become part of OWL’s Mentoring Program to be paired with another OWL member and launch a fruitful mentoring relationship.
