Building Relationships at Work .... Or Anywhere

Building relationships at work or outside of work is a challenge for many people. Relationship building is generally not taught in schools and it’s rarely taught inside organizations. There is a big problem with that. We’ll talk about why building relationships is uncomfortable, but why it is so important to our long-term success. And more importantly, we’ll explore the practical steps you can take immediately to start building those great relationships. If you hate small talk, avoid networking events, dread meeting new people, and avoid meeting colleagues outside of work we’ll make it easier by giving you a simple formula to apply.
